  • Yes, I offer complimentary 20-minute introductions virtually (video) or over the phone. This allows us to get to know one another, see if we might be a good fit, and decide if we would like to proceed with therapy.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long. We will meet weekly at the same time on the same day. For couples or family therapy, we will meet weekly at first and then decide together on what an appropriate schedule will be that best meets the need for your relationship.

  • My fee per session is $225 for individual psychotherapy and $275 for couples psychotherapy and family psychotherapy.

  • Yes, I do. Please inform me upon our initial contact via email or phone if you have a need for sliding scale as I have limited slots available. Please note that those requesting a sliding scale will be required to show proof of income to qualify.

  • I am not in-network with any insurance company panels. If you have a PPO health plan, I can provide you with a superbill (documentation of services) that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note, you should contact your insurance company before our initial session to have a complete understanding of your coverage, reimbursement amounts, deductibles, and policies.

  • I accept cash, all major credit cards, and HSA cards when applicable. Please be aware that all clients are required to keep a credit card on file and will be charged automatically after each session. I encourage you to review the intake documents for full details on payment and other important practice policies.

  • I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you plan to miss a session or need to reschedule. There will be a full charge of the session rate for any appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance of the start of the session time.

  • Yes. Clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) from the practice as required by the No Surprises Act. A GFE will contain your estimated clinical costs associated with your treatment.

  • Please reach out via email, call, or text to inquire about my current availability. If there are no available times, I do keep a waitlist for future openings.  I am also happy to offer you referrals to other colleagues in the area.

  • Yes. All virtual sessions are done using secure, HIPPA-compliant software that is easy to use without the use of logins and passwords.

  • In the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, off of Rowena.

  • If you are experiencing a psychiatric/psychological emergency, please dial 911 on your phone or go to the nearest hospital. You can also access the Mental Health Crisis line anywhere in the United States by dialing 988 on your phone. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-8255. Both 988 and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline are operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
